Pegasus Integrated Health announces a 6-Week Anger Management Group, separately for both men and women. The group will be run by the experienced Registered Clinical Counsellors. This is going to be a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for individuals to share their stories and feel validated.
By attending this group you will learn:
How past experiences impact your current behaviours and attitudes
To decrease a sense of isolation - "you are not alone”
To recognize and identify triggers of anger
To own one's anger without experiencing anxiety
To build connections with others and learn compassion
To set clear goals and plans
The effect of anger on your body
To learn effective ways to manage anger in difficult situations in life
Cost for these weekly 2 hour groups is CA$450.00 plus tax.
